About Dina
Hi, I'm Dina, a registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT CNHC) offering personalised nutrition programmes in east London and worldwide online.
As a disabled mum with middle-eastern heritage, I have faced numerous barriers in the ‘exclusive’ wellness space. Vitamin Dina was created out of the struggle to find resources that catered for people like me. I now aim to support underrepresented communities by providing disability and culturally inclusive nutrition advice, with a lighthearted approach, without restrictions or wholesome perfection.
Vitamin Dina offers an alternate voice to the wellness space by celebrating the uniqueness of each individual and the joy of food from around the world.
Due to my own experience, I am passionate about making nutrition accessible to those with additional challenges, such as reduced time, energy or mobility. I understand how these can affect our overall wellbeing (physically and mentally).
Through tailored nutrition, I support clients with bowel and bladder health, women's health and weight management, with a special interest in musculoskeletal conditions, such as osteoporosis and arthritis. I provide achievable nutrition programmes for each unique situation, using easy tips and practical solutions combined with evidence-based nutrition.
In my goal to make nutrition more accessible, I occasionally volunteer for disability charities and have also created a free ebook of my signature ‘5 Minute Meals’ to help simplify mealtimes for people with additional challenges.
I am also a qualified DNA nutrition practitioner, offering highly personalised plans based on unique genetic dispositions.

"We are all wonderfully unique and there is no 'one size fits all' approach to nutrition. I believe in a balanced approach that is achievable, inclusive and enjoyable so we can feel brighter and embrace our uniqueness."
