About Dina
Hi, I'm Dina, a registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT CNHC) offering personalised nutrition programmes in east London and worldwide online.
As a working mum with a disability, I know firsthand the challenges of living
a healthy lifestyle with limited time, energy and mobility. My aim is to make nutrition accessible, inclusive and enjoyable, so we can eat the foods we love and feel great without stress and overwhelm.

I provide achievable nutrition programmes for each unique situation, that are tailored to your busy lifestyle, energy, mobility, food culture and body type. I use healthy shortcuts and creative solutions combined with evidence-based nutrition to help you get maximum results with minimal effort.

Food is one of life's greatest pleasures and I strongly believe that you don't have to punish yourself to live a healthy lifestyle. I can help you find your balance with personalised plans designed for your specific needs, so you can enjoy delicious food and feel your best.
Vitamin Dina offers an alternate voice to the wellness space by celebrating the uniqueness of each individual and the joy of food from around the world, without the 'rules' and pressures of the glossy, image-conscious industry.

Through tailored nutrition, I support clients with healthy weight loss, bowel and bladder health, hormonal and prenatal health, and more, with a special interest in musculoskeletal conditions, such as osteoporosis and arthritis.

I am also a qualified Nutrigenomics practitioner, offering DNA testing and interpretation for a deeper level of personalisation.
In my goal to make nutrition more accessible, I volunteer for a disability charity and have created a free ebook of my signature ‘5 Minute Meals’ for anyone that is too busy or tired to cook. I also host a monthly coffee morning in Hackney Wick, providing free support for knackered new parents.
