Service Description

Follow-ups are usually booked 4-6 weeks apart after an initial consultation. We will review your symptoms and any test results, monitor progress and challenges and adjust the plan accordingly. Only book this if you have already had an initial consultation or follow-up within the last 12 months. Please purchase a new package if it has been longer than 12 months.
