Service Description

This is suitable for you if you want to get to the root of your mysterious symptoms, you would like support alongside a medical condition, you want to lose weight without depriving yourself or you want to feel brighter and more energised. The 12-week Signature package includes: • 1x 90 minute initial consultation and health assessment • 2x 45-minute follow-up consultations 6 weeks apart • 2x 20-minute check-in calls between appointments • A personalised nutrition plan with dietary, lifestyle and supplement recommendations • Personalised recipe bundle and nutritional factsheets • Laboratory test recommendations (if required) Before your first consultation, you will be required to complete a health questionnaire and a 3-day food diary. The consultation will last up to 90 minutes and involve a comprehensive health assessment of your current symptoms and medical history in order to formulate a personalised, achievable and effective nutrition plan. After the consultation, your plan will be sent to you by email within 5 working days. At the follow-up appointment we will review your symptoms and any test results, monitor progress and challenges and adjust the plan accordingly. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule this appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
