A comprehensive analysis of your current symptoms, lifestyle and medical history with monthly personalised nutrition plans and ongoing support over 12 weeks to help you get to the root of your symptoms and achieve your health goals. The perfect combination of nutrition + movement combined with weekly support to keep you motivated and help you optimise your health. Recommended for musculoskeletal conditions and weight loss goals. The Complete Nutrition + Movement package includes: • 3x online 1:1 personalised exercise sessions with specialist (suitable for all abilities) • Video of personalised exercises to continue your movement practice • 1x 90 minute initial consultation and health assessment • 3x 45 minute follow-up consultations 4 weeks apart • Full email support • Personalised nutrition plan with dietary, lifestyle and supplement recommendations • 7 day personalised meal plan • Nutritional factsheets • Laboratory test recommendations (if required) • Welcome gift Before your first consultation, you will be required to complete a health questionnaire and a 5 day food diary. The consultation will last up to 90 minutes and involve a comprehensive health assessment of your current symptoms and medical history in order to formulate a personalised, achievable and evidence-based nutrition plan. After the consultation, your plan will be sent to you by email within 5 working days. At the follow-up appointments we will review your symptoms and any test results, monitor progress and challenges and adjust the plan accordingly.
