An analysis of your current food diary with easy swaps and tips to help you create a balanced diet for general wellbeing. This is suitable for you if you would like to optimise your current diet, improve your eating routine and need some direction and motivation to get you on track towards a healthy and balanced lifestyle. The Dietary MOT includes: • Analysis of current food diary for macro/micronutrient content • Dietary plan with swaps and tips for a balanced diet • Nutritional factsheets • 20 minute feedback call Before your consultation, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire and 5 day food diary, which will be analysed for nutrient content. We will then have a 20 minute feedback call and you will receive your dietary plan and factsheets. Note: This plan includes dietary recommendations only and does not include supplements, referrals or lab testing recommendations. Therefore it is not suitable for you if are looking for support with specific symptoms or health concerns. In this case, please book a Nutritional Therapy package in order to do a full health assessment of your symptoms and medical history.
