Service Description

A comprehensive analysis of your current symptoms, lifestyle and medical history with monthly personalised nutrition plans and ongoing support over 12 weeks to help you get to the root of your symptoms and achieve your health goals. This is suitable for you if you are experiencing persistent niggling symptoms, you would like support alongside a chronic health condition, you want to lose weight in a sustainable and healthy way or you just want to feel brighter and more energetic. The 12 week Signature package includes: • 1x 90 minute initial consultation and health assessment • 2x 45 minute follow-up consultations 4 weeks apart • 2x 20 minute check-in call in between consultations for additional support • 7 day personalised meal plan • Personal coaching to support lifestyle habits and motivation • Monthly personalised nutrition plans with dietary, lifestyle and supplement recommendations • Recipes and nutritional factsheets • Laboratory test recommendations (if required) Before your first consultation, you will be required to complete a health questionnaire and a 5 day food diary. The consultation will last up to 90 minutes and involve a comprehensive health assessment of your current symptoms and medical history in order to formulate a personalised, achievable and evidence-based nutrition plan. After the consultation, your plan will be sent to you by email within 5 working days. At the follow-up appointment we will review your symptoms and any test results, monitor progress and challenges and adjust the plan accordingly.
