About Dina

Hi, I'm Dina, a registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT CNHC) offering 1:1 personalised nutrition programmes in east London and worldwide online.

 

I support clients with a range of conditions including bone and joint health, gastrointestinal and bladder issues, immune support, weight management and hormonal health.

 

Due to my own experience of paralysis, I have a special interest in musculoskeletal conditions, such as osteoporosis, arthritis and various physical disabilities. I understand how these can affect our overall wellbeing (physically and mentally) as well as the daily challenges involved.

 

My personal health journey led me to take control of my health by becoming a nutritionist. I used my knowledge, determination and problem-solving skills to experiment with natural medicine and was able to make significant improvements to my health, which had previously seemed impossible. My goal now is to empower others to take back control of their health and embrace their uniqueness.

 

Living with a chronic physical condition can be linked to many aspects of our overall wellbeing, such as:

  • Joint pain and inflammation

  • Decreased bone density

  • Recurrent UTIs

  • Digestive problems

  • Low energy

  • Weight gain

  • Hormone imbalance

  • Low immunity

  • Anxiety

  • Poor sleep

These symptoms can be supported with good nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits and should not be accepted as part of your condition. Don’t suffer in silence or write them off as being the norm. Nutritional advice can be tailored to work with your condition and lifestyle.

 

Through personalised nutrition, you have the power to make positive changes to your health. My role is to support you with achievable advice, practical tools and the motivation to help you find your balance and feel brighter, even if you’re low on time and energy. And no I won’t charge you more because your condition is too ‘complicated’. All bodies are welcome here!
