About Dina

Hi, I'm Dina, a registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT CNHC) offering personalised nutrition programmes in east London and worldwide online.

 

Through tailored nutrition, I support clients with a range of conditions including bone health, bowel and bladder health, weight management, hormonal health and more. I provide achievable nutrition programmes for each unique situation, using creative and practical solutions combined with evidence-based nutrition.

 

Due to my own experience of paralysis, I am passionate about making nutrition accessible to those with additional challenges, such as reduced mobility or energy. I understand how these can affect our overall wellbeing (physically

and mentally) as well as the daily challenges involved.​

 

My personal health journey led me to retrain as a nutritionist after a career

in design. I used my knowledge, determination and problem-solving skills

to experiment with natural medicine and was able to make significant improvements to my health, which had previously seemed impossible.

Additionally, as a mum with a disability, accessible nutrition is especially important to me. Keeping myself healthy with limited time, energy and mobility

is a challenge I continue to explore with creative solutions that I hope to share with others.


My goal now is to empower others to take back control of their health and get

to the root of their symptoms so they can feel brighter and achieve their health goals, even when low on time and energy.
